Leadership Coaching
One-on-one programs

How we can help
Our leadership coaching sessions are delivered in 6-month or 12-month programs and follow the Whole-Brain Leadership Model designed to build greater resilience, confidence and creativity in leaders. This 3-month program contains two full days of training which provides the tools to understand how to achieve better health and wellbeing outcomes, and create a well-centric culture for your team. This program is supported by embedding activities such as group coaching sessions, deep dive workshops and inspiration communications to ensure sustained behaviour change.

Wellbeing Fundamentals for Thriving Employees
This proven one-day program focuses on mental and physical wellbeing, as well as ways to work smarter to improve productivity and increase energy levels.

Ambassador Wellbeing Program
This 12-month program ignites those passionate about wellbeing in your organisation. Through monthly ongoing learning, development and peer-to-peer sharing,these wellbeing champions will be able to ignite and maintain wellbeing activities in your organisation to support a healthy culture.
